30-Day Return Policy

At Central Truck & Equipment Repair, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Must include original tags and packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number along with return shipping instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the unwanted item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return, for any reason, without justification.

  • Items must be unused, with tags and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.
